Customer questions and answers for Brooks Brothers Two-Button Classic 1818 Blazer

Question
Locations with Electronic Tailor
Are there locations other than your Madison store where the e-Tailor is available?. I have unusual and hard-to-fit-with-off-the-shelf tailoring measurements. For example, my neck is all of about an inch off of my shoulders (people tell me that I look like a head attached to my shoulders, especially next to a tall and lanky colleague who has a 5" neck). It is about 19", chest is 54" and waist is 42". The scope of the measurements taken by the e-Tailor sound like it would be ideal for a totally custom fit.

Hello sir, thank you for your inquiry. At this time, we only offer our digital tailoring experience at our flagship store on Madison Avenue. However, we do host Made to Measure events quite frequently across the country. Here, a tailor will help you select and alter a garment to your exact specifications. Below is the link to our Made to Measure event schedule.

Hello, thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, with just a height measurement we are unable to ascertain a proper size for your suit. We would also need to know your weight, the width of your neck and your arm length for precision. If you wish to speak to a Customer Service representative, he or she will gladly assist you with your selection. Please email service@brooksbrothers.com or call internationally at 860/741-4800.

Hello, thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we cannot switch the buttons in our distribution center, typically this is done at your local Brooks Brothers store by one of our professional tailors. Being that you are contacting us from Australia, where we do not currently have a location, you would do well to purchase buttons separately and bring them to your local tailor.

We do hope this information is helpful.

It is a narrower fit than a traditional 'sack', even a Madison fit, but I am not a thin person (46XL, 6'5", 220 lbs.) and it fit me quite nicely off the rack.

Question
Is the 1818 blazer available in a Regent fit?
Is the 1818 blazer available in a Regent fit?
If not, what is the closest alternative in a regent fit? I tried on the 1818- and it was a little baggy - sleeves/shoulders and waist; a regent fit suit top was a little trimmer.
